OPC DA is an industrial standard introduced in 1996 for the acquisition of process data. This standard was developed exclusively for Windows-based industrial PCs and is still in use on many Windows-based systems today. Since OPC DA is hardly network-capable, ENLYZE has developed gateway software for the integration of OPC DA data sources to forward OPC DA data points to a connected ENLYZE SPARK Edge device. In this way, even older Windows-based systems can be integrated into the modern ENLYZE data platform.
