Older plants can be retrofitted with digital and analog sensors, supported by our extensive connector portfolio. Harmonize Data
With our Data Onboarding Flow, you create data models of your machines, thus creating a uniform data basis. You have the possibility to define display name, scaling factor, and unit for each parameter. This harmonization enables scalable development of applications later on.
Automatic merging of process and order data into a Single Source of Truth
The merging of order, product, and process data is particularly relevant in continuous manufacturing and forms the foundation for data-driven manufacturing. The ENLYZE Manufacturing Data Platform links process data from your machines with order and product data from your shop floor IT systems such as MES, ERP, etc., creating a uniform data basis and thus the data foundation for your digital transformation.
KPI Engine
Important metrics such as OEE, downtime, utilization rate, etc. are automatically and live calculated by the KPI Engine. All metrics are available at all relevant granularity levels (order, plant, location), are always accurate, and have the same calculation basis across the entire company.
Synthetic Variables
The ENLYZE Manufacturing Data Platform allows synthetic variables to be created. These are calculated variables that are not available in your data source (PLC, sensor). For example, throughputs of several extruders can be added up to a total throughput. These synthetic variables are subsequently usable, like any other variable.
Designed for Iteration
Especially at the beginning, new data points need to be recorded and renamed constantly. Due to the vertical integration of the ENLYZE Manufacturing Data Platform, changes are possible directly in the platform without programming knowledge.
