how it works
This is how we integrate ENLYZE with less than 8 hours of effort from your IT
We ensure that your data flows and is accessible from start to finish. On this page, you will learn in detail how the integration of ENLYZE works.

In this video, Colin from ENLYZE talks about some common concerns when it comes to machine integration and security. - English closed captions are available. Enable them on the bottom right menu of the video player.
On-site visit
We will visit your shopfloor to examine your machines and data sources, clarifying how integration can be achieved. This approach ensures that we can effectively digitize your shop floor and seamlessly integrate our systems.
Technical Viability: Can we connect ENLYZE to all relevant datasources? Do we need new connectors?
System Landscape: How can ERP, MES or other IT systems be integrated?
IT Pre-Check: Your IT receives our security concepts, e.g. how we keep our systems secure and how we ensure a safe integration into your IT landscape.
Pilot Machines: If everything fits, machines are selected for the initial pilot phase.

We come to your location and carry out the viability check.
Your IT approves the basic viability!

Our team sends your IT the integration plan that we created based on the insights from step 1. In this plan, your IT will find all the information on how we ensure the IT security and how we integrate our system:
Integration of hardware: We clarify technical details about our edge devices and how they are connected to the datasource and how they integrate into your current network infrastructure.
IT security: We present our measures and how we prevent unauthorized access to our SPARKs and thus to your data.
Integration of existing systems: We explain our approach of integrating your OT and IT systems, for example, how we link production and order data from ERP and MES systems with ENLYZE.

The integration plan must be thoroughly read by IT once. Any open questions may need to be discussed.
Step 3:
Final approval by your IT
remote
In a meeting with the IT, we go through the points of the integration plan, clarify the last questions, and obtain the final IT approval for our concept.
Network Configuration: We clarify with the IT the steps for a smooth data flow, e.g. the necessary firewall settings and the IP allocation (static/DHCP).
Finalizing the Integration Plan: We discuss final questions, such as which additional systems to integrate or in which tools the machine data should be used. We involve all necessary stakeholders (production, quality assurance, maintenance, etc.)

Building on the integration plan, this meeting will address open questions and clarifies the final details. This step ends with the final approval by IT.
Step 4:
Integration of ENLYZE
On-site visit
We install our hardware (SPARKs) and ensure the connection of all other data sources to the ENLYZE system.
Installation of the hardware: Together with your maintenance department, we install the SPARKs in the switch cabinets during operation. For this, we need a power connection, the connection to machine data (PLC, sensor, database, etc.), and a network connection with internet access.
Integration of order data: We integrate the previously discussed systems (ERP/MES/production data acquisition, etc.) to sensibly supplement production data and make it available in these systems.
Checking the connectivity: Finally, the connectivity to the data sources (IT and OT) and the connection to our systems are checked. At this point, initial data points can be selected.

*Our integration team carries out the integration of ENLYZE on site. For this period, an IT contact person must be reachable via phone in case of any issues.
Step 5:
Onboarding into the ENLYZE systems

Finally, we prepare all systems and integrations so that you can work with the data.
Data Harmonization: Due to missing normalization, the variables on the SPS are often cryptic and not identical across all systems. With harmonization, we ensure that the correct variables are recorded and follow a consistent data model and naming convention. This helps everyone understand the data. For more information on harmonization, click here.
The App: ENLYZE provides you with relevant KPIs and reports out-of-the-box and enables you to build your own dashboards. This way, you have your production always in view.
Interfaces: With ENLYZE, your data is not "trapped". The ENLYZE platform offers various ways to intgrate and share data with existing services and applications. Find more information here.
