Plastics

We flag quality deterioration and provide feedback so you can proactively adjust parameters to ensure continuous and high quality. The best product specific machine parameters are derived to ensure quick ramp-ups after batch changes.

Cutting

Our technology enables you to track and optimize the quality of the current milling process in real-time. We predict milling head erosion, run-out  and other wearing of your machine.

Welding

Quality of spot welds depend on the concentration and amount of current applied. By monitoring the current with a high sampling rate, we detect and predict deterioration of the welding tips and hence the quality of the welding spots.

Our hardware is designed to be set up within minutes without any preconfiguration. We take care of the installation, data acquisition and continuous analysis of your production system, so you can focus on improving your operation.

We want to make our solution as easy to install as possible.
All you need is:

  1. One outlet to power up the SPARK
  2. One network ethernet port
  3. One PLC ethernet port

Hardware installation only takes a few minutes per asset. If desired, further proprietary sensors can be implemented.

SETUP OPTIMIZER
Our technology suggests the optimal product-specific machine parameters and helps your machinist increase your asset performance, by reducing setup and ramp-up times and scrap production.

REALTIME QUALITY TRACKING
Track your production quality in real-time, at every manufacturing step. Our cutting edge, non-invasive current sensors collect over one thousand samples per second. This high-frequency feedback, coupled with PLC data allows us to alert the shop floor with ample reaction time if quality is decreasing, preventing scrap production.

Built on a firm foundation of signal processing, the SPARK extracts the essence of your machine’s data on site, condensing it to a compact form.

DATA PIPELINE
After the data has been condensed, it is packaged with metadata and aggregated for our proprietary machine learning algorithms.

High quality input-data for the machine learning models

ELECTRICAL SIGNAL
The FLUX samples electrical signals with a high frequency. Like the machine parameters, this is an input into our machine learning models. Learn more about the electrical signal.

MACHINE PARAMETERS
Machine parameters are directly read out of the PLCs. Simply connect our SPARK via Ethernet, then we are able to extract data independent of the protocol. (OPC, Modbus, raw data).

QUALITY MANAGMENT SYSTEM
We collect data from your quality management system. This allows us to map the electrical signals and the machine parameters to the actual quality of the final product.
