Our technology enables you to track and optimize the quality of the current milling process in real-time. We predict milling head erosion, run-out and other wearing of your machine.
Quality of spot welds depend on the concentration and amount of current applied. By monitoring the current with a high sampling rate, we detect and predict deterioration of the welding tips and hence the quality of the welding spots.

AGGREGATION & TRANSFER
Built on a firm foundation of signal processing, the SPARK extracts the essence of your machine’s data on site, condensing it to a compact form.
After the data has been condensed, it is packaged with metadata and aggregated for our proprietary machine learning algorithms.
High quality input-data for the machine learning models
The FLUX samples electrical signals with a high frequency. Like the machine parameters, this is an input into our machine learning models. Learn more about the electrical signal.
Machine parameters are directly read out of the PLCs. Simply connect our SPARK via Ethernet, then we are able to extract data independent of the protocol. (OPC, Modbus, raw data).
QUALITY MANAGMENT SYSTEM
We collect data from your quality management system. This allows us to map the electrical signals and the machine parameters to the actual quality of the final product.
