Many of our customers use compact controllers to regulate individual components at one point or another. These controllers are typically PID controllers and often regulate important process variables such as pressure, temperature, flow, etc.
Due to their universal applicability in a wide range of production areas, these individual controllers are very popular. However, they often lag behind in digitization. While these controllers control important process parameters, they do not typically communicate this information externally. This is where we can help. Many of these controllers support at least one communication protocol that our SPARK can speak. Even if this is not the case, the controller can often be replaced with an equivalent model.
